We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Specialist on a part-time basis to oversee and manage our insurance claims. The primary focus is on managing a portfolio of complex and high-value public liability claims from notification to resolution, assessing liability, determining quantum and negotiating settlements.
1. This role requires strong technical expertise in liability claims handling, legal principles and policy interpretation as well as client service delivery skills.
2. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of public liability claims including coverage analysis, liability assessment, quantum evaluation settlement within delegated authority.
3.
