We're currently seeking passionate Occupational Therapist to join teams across Australia, from metro to regional areas.
The role:We have multiple Speech Pathology roles available across Australia including fully mobile positions visiting clients in their homes, as well as community settings and facility-based positions. You'll work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and the broader community to provide high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention.

* Mobile caseload across homes, schools, and community settings in the eastern suburbs of Perth.
* Clients: Strictly paediatric only. Our client's are a mix of NDIS, Private, and Medicare referrals.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify each child's strengths and challenges using a range of formal and informal assessment measures.
* Therapeutic Intervention: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions at home and schools, with children with a variety of diagnoses, including motor coordination difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
* Family & Caregiver Support: Provide education and strategies to support families and caregivers to apply therapeutic strategies, to support their child's development.
* Collaboration:Build collaborative, trust-based relationships with teachers, families, and each child's multidisciplinary team, to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for children.
* Progress Tracking and reporting: Regularly monitor and document each child's progress, and complete timely and accurate treatment notes and reports in line with NDIS and private requirements.

About you:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist with:
* A degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited institution.
* Current Occupational Therapist registration with AHPRA
* Working with Children's Check
* National Police Clearance
* Driver's license
* Experience: Experience working with children (ages Experience with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or other developmental disabilities is a bonus.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of child development and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Personal Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and passionate about working with children. Comfortable working autonomously in a mobile role, while also collaborating with team members, schools, and families.
