* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and relationship-building
* Budget and forecast sales performance, ensuring accurate projections and targets
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, requiring approximately 20% travel within your assigned territory. You will be working with a wide variety of customers, including law enforcement, Fire/EMS, large enterprise businesses, and small-medium sized businesses and organizations.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in outside sales or sales leadership roles
* Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and innovative technologies
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
* Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs
* Candidates located in the DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia) are preferred
