The Opportunity:
We have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care Aged Care services in Taree. The vacancies are Full Time positions. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
Must have:
- Full working rights in Australia OR subclass Visa 482 OR 494
- Must have at least 12 months working experience in Australia specifically in Aged Care
- Must have a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration
- The successful applicant will possess, or have a willingness to obtain the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Criminal History Check
- Undertake a pre-employment Functional Medical

Role & Responsibilities:
- Experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people
- Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
- Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
- Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
