Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Toowoomba, QLD, with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, following up on customer inquiries, and providing technical assistance on product specifications. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
* Technical knowledge of Industrial Fasteners, Stainless Steel Fasteners & Hardware, and Construction Fasteners
* Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
* Proficiency in Sales Reporting and CRM Software
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Relevant industry experience is a plus
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
