Are you a passionate sales leader with a strong drive for results and a love for the automotive industry? Kia Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Northern Region Office to lead our team and deliver outstanding wholesale and retail performance across our dealer network.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve wholesale and retail targets aligned with the business plan.
* Manage dealer vehicle forward ordering to maintain optimal supply availability.
* Identify and pursue opportunities across wholesale, retail, and fleet channels.
* Build and strengthen relationships with Metro and Rural Dealers to ensure active engagement in Kia sales programs.
* Ensure dealer sales staff receive training in line with company standards.
* Oversee qualitative aspects of dealer relationships, including customer experience and brand compliance.
* Provide accurate weekly reporting on sales forecasts and wholesale expectations.
* Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and dealerships to support marketing initiatives.
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, ideally within Dealerships or OEM.
* Exceptional communication skills across all levels of management and customer interactions.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel; SAP experience is highly regarded.
* Positive attitude with a proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
