Role Description
This is an internship opportunity for a Junior Solicitor to join our on‐site team in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves assisting senior lawyers with legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and providing support on commercial, contract, and dispute resolution matters. Additional responsibilities include participating in client meetings, preparing case files, and assisting with the coordination of cross‐border legal matters and strategic planning.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in legal research, document review, and drafting skills
* Strong understanding of commercial and business law, contracts, and property law
* Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment and handle client interactions
* Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Persian, is an asset
* Graduation from or current enrollment in a recognized law program
* Familiarity with cross‐border legal matters and international legal systems is advantageous
