Your Vital Role: Driving Our Digital Presence
As the Digital Coordinator, you will play a central role in our Sales & Marketing team, overseeing our digital strategy and content execution to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
:
* Social Media & Content: Develop and manage compelling content for a variety of platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and
TikTok. You'll work with our on-site Social Media Champions and frontline staff to capture engaging, on-the-spot content.
* Digital Campaigns: Execute targeted digital campaigns, including email marketing (EDMs), paid advertising, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives
* Traditional & PR Support: Assist with the coordination of traditional media advertising and public relations activities, working with external partners to enhance brand visibility.
* Performance & Optimisation: Analyse and report on digital marketing performance, optimising website content and campaigns based on key metrics.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and contribute to the overall success of the CaPTA Group.
The Ideal Candidate: Your Skills & Qualities
We are looking for a creative and data-driven individual who is passionate about storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience:
− Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
− Strong knowledge of social media advertising and campaign execution.
− Experience with website content management, SEO, and SEM.
− Familiarity with traditional media advertising and PR is a major plus.
− Excellent writing and communication skills.
− Video editing capabilities are a bonus

Position Details
* Employment Type: Part-time (32 Hours per week)
* Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract
* Start Date: Immediate
* Remuneration: Amusement, Events and Recreation Award – Grade 4 – Base Rate $27.17 per hour
* Location: CaPTA Group Head Office, Cairns, QLD
