Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze sales performance and develop a focused action plan to improve results, leveraging clients, team, visual merchandising, product assortment, and store operations.
* Provide strategic direction for the entire store team through goal setting and daily feedback.
* Foster a winning culture by driving daily focus on providing feedback and coaching.
* Ensure seamless and luxurious client experiences in-store consistently, responding to feedback as it arises.
* Develop a client development plan to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience leading teams of 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment. They must also have experience in sales generation, managing sales results, working towards targets, and partnering with high-net-worth individuals.
