Accelerate Tesla's mission by inspiring, training and mentoring the next generation of Electrical Vehicle Technicians undergoing an Apprenticeship at Tesla. Partnering with the Service Training Manager, technical training team, vocational education providers, Apprentice Connect Australia Providers and government bodies you will deliver and advance our cutting‐edge apprentice program in Australia and New Zealand.
What You'll Do
* Prioritise apprentice safety while overseeing completion of pre‐work, training contracts and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Proactively manage the apprenticeship experience at Tesla to maximise completion and employee engagement rates.
* Continuously evolve training content and delivery to match Tesla's rapid product advancements.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure apprentices receive optimal work allocation.
* Monitor costs to ensure the program complies with Tesla's policies.
* Champion mindset shifts for enthusiasm and excellence.
What You'll Bring
* Passion, curiosity, innovation and cost discipline with experience in automotive apprenticeships.
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) preferred.
* Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders including apprentices, Tesla leadership, vocational education providers and Apprentice Connect Australia Providers.
* Demonstrated capacity for high work output, utilising exceptional organisational time management skills to prioritise effectively, handle tasks simultaneously and deliver within agreed timeframes to achieve high performance standards.
* Current driver's licence, reliable transport and passport with travel flexibility up to 70%.
