Job Title:
A Facilities Manager is sought to ensure the efficient functioning of restaurants, maintaining a safe working environment, and using industry best practice to manage resources, services, and processes.
This role is responsible for the maintenance and facilities management of company-owned restaurants and providing recommendations to franchised restaurants on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and transform facility strategies, including repairs and maintenance, preventative maintenance, and life-cycle requirements.
* Analyse facilities management data, systems, and processes, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain effective R&M reporting systems to support restaurant needs.
* Lead routine facilities inspections to determine issues and maintenance needs.
* Ensure timely maintenance and repair of key equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
* Develop and review contracts with supplier partners.
* Plan and manage centralised contracts for various services.
* Advise on and implement environmental initiatives, e.g., waste management and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
* Extensive facilities management experience in the food sector.
* Experience in developing or transforming a facilities management function.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrated project management skills in construction or maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret leases and contracts.
* Tertiary qualifications preferably.
* Working knowledge of HVAC technology and health, safety regulations.
