As Selling Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force on the showroom floor, leading from the front, shaping a high-performing team, and delivering a prestige customer experience that sets the standard in the industry. Duties Lead by example on the showroom floor engaging with customers, running deals, and inspiring your team to perform at their best Take ownership of the site’s success driving results, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth daily operations Build and mentor a winning team coaching Sales Executives and Yard Staff to grow skills and deliver consistent performance Set the standard for prestige making sure the site, the vehicles, and the people always reflect a luxury brand image Champion a customer-first approach creating solutions that work across sites and ensuring every client enjoys a premium experience Drive sales momentum turning stock into results while maintaining outstanding service and profitability Skills and experience Proven sales management experience within automotive ideally from luxury or prestige brands Strong background in retail automotive sales with a history of exceeding targets Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a small team in a hands-on environment Highly professional presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational ability and attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Collaborative and team-oriented mindset thriving in a group culture rather than siloed performance Current driver’s licence Benefits Competitive base salary with uncapped commission - highly lucrative role!
