Collaborate with team members, Shared Service teams/COEs, Client Operations, and other business units on projects, oversight, KPIs, etc. What you will be responsible for Approving high-value transactions. Serving as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise. Managing and escalating issues related to Shared Services and COEs. Maintaining records of activities. Assisting with compliance reviews, controls, and audits. Assessing impacts of regulatory changes. Implementing operational best practices. Leading the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, and assisting with client projects. Training, developing, and motivating staff; conducting performance appraisals. Providing staffing recommendations and making hiring decisions. Participating in committees and company initiatives. Providing coaching and development opportunities. Making recommendations on hiring, discipline, promotions, and bonuses. Identifying and escalating suspicious transaction activity in daily operations. What we value Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Experience Requirements: 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Fund Trading/Custody management or supervision, knowledge of securities language and legal requirements, and strong operational and management skills within Custody.
