Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our fleet of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
* To supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of our aircraft;
* To ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards;
* To lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve outstanding results;
* To identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
* To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into our overall business strategy.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in aircraft maintenance supervision;
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team;
* Strong technical knowledge of rotary wing military aircraft;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Australian Defence Force security clearance.
