Three Rivers Machinery family owned and operated Case IH, Case Construction and New Holland Dealership Group, with locations in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren, NSW.
Based at either the Dubbo or Narromine Dealership, we are now seeking the services of an experienced and motivated Group Service Manager to lead the Service Department.
This position will require travel between all the sites on a regular basis.
About the Job
As the Group Service Manager you will oversee the service operations to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, manage a busy department, lead and motivate your team of service technicians, apprentices and support staff.
* Manage and oversee customer service and repair jobs, managing workflow across the various teams.
* Manage and sign off on customer reports, quotes and final invoicing.
* Develop and implement service programs in conjunction with the senior management team.
* Manage complicated warranty, product improvement work, customer feedback and progress repair work.
* Create cohesive team work and communication between various teams including parts, service technicians and the customer.
About You
The successful candidate will be customer centric, methodical and highly organised. You will have strong communication skills, both written and spoken and a high attention to detail. You are the glue that holds all the details together between the workshop and the customer and you have an ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at any one time.
Qualifications and Experience
* More than 2 years experience in a Service Management position.
* Experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in Ag Machinery (CASE IH, CASE Construction or New Holland preferred) or similar.
* Experience with a DMS (Dealer Management System) is highly advantageous.
