The ideal candidate will provide intake and assessment services, coordinate care and support initiatives, and deliver immediate financial/material assistance to eligible clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing intake and assessment services for individuals and families facing crises
* Coordinating care and support services aligned with the financial wellbeing program
* Delivering immediate financial/material aid to eligible clients
* Offering prospective participants information and appropriate guidance
The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications such as a certificate 4 in community services, community development, or case management (or approved equivalent). They must also possess relevant work experience and required certifications including a current unrestricted ACT working with vulnerable people card and working with children check, as well as a national police check, current first aid and CPR certificate, and full drivers' license.
