Responsibilities and Key Activities
Customer Relationship Management
* Lead the charge in managing local strategic accounts: primary point of contact, understand business, anticipate needs, align solutions.
* Ensure precision in customer data and hierarchies: maintain accurate data, record all information.
* Craft and execute detailed customer plans: collaborate with unit management, develop comprehensive plans.
* Responsible for evaluating any commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account and raising them with the Management team.
Sales
* Create and seize opportunities: work closely with account teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
* Share your insights and contacts: support other team members.
* Develop compelling value propositions.
* Monitor compliance and optimise contract performance to maximise profitability.
* Drive profitability: enhance profitability by implementing strategies.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum of 5-7 years in account management or a related field.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* High level of computer literacy, including experience with CRM software.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts.
