About the Role:
You will contribute to CSBP's growth by delivering high standards of customer service and performing administrative functions efficiently and cost-effectively for Distributors and end-user Customers.
As a key team member, you will liaise with internal departments (Despatch, Sales) and external stakeholders including customers, distributors, sales agents, service contractors, suppliers, and transport companies.
We seek someone with strong customer service skills, enjoys working with diverse groups, and building positive relationships. This role offers an excellent chance to develop skills and impact our growing business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting)
* Communicating with Accounts departments
* Scheduling, dispatching, and arriving of customer products
* Providing professional service to Regional/Area Managers and customers, including information on administration and marketing programs
* Managing stock intake and customer forecasts with the sales team
* Recording bulk waste and contractor hours
* Coordinating product availability with sales and operations
* Prioritising safety in all practices
Skills and Experience:
* Background in customer service with high integrity
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks
* Experience with computerised sales systems and MS Office
* Problem-solving skills and quick learning ability
* Ability to manage high-volume work and challenging situations
* Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
* Flexibility to work hours as required (7am-3pm weekdays, occasional Saturdays)
