You will own the execution of Qscan's recruitment strategy, ensuring recruitment practices are compliant, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to the Group's growth and strategic objectives, while delivering high-quality service to stakeholders across the business. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting Clerical & Clinical recruitment across the Group, and strengthening Qscan's employer brand in a competitive healthcare market. This is a permanent full-time role, based at our Clayfield Support Office.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the talent acquisition function and recruitment processes across the Group
* Partner the People & Culture Business Partners and senior stakeholders to support workforce planning and recruitment decisions
* Provide guidance and oversight to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Ensure recruitment outcomes support workforce capability, high performance and succession planning
* Develop and maintain proactive talent pools and pipelines for current and future workforce needs
* Lead strategic recruitment campaigns, attend recruitment expos and represent Qscan as an employer of choice
About You
You are a commercially minded talent professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys influencing outcomes at all levels of an organisation. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a strong focus on relationships and results.
You Will Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in talent acquisition
* Experience in targeted search and selection (healthcare experience highly regarded)
* Strong capability in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and passive candidate engagement
* Proven experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders
* Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills
* Resilience, adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
* A track record of delivering results in a competitive talent market
