About the role 
Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Hubspot CRM Manager. 
This varied role will see you take responsibility for managing Opteon's business needs and priorities for the CRM including development, implementation, continued optimisation and operational training, reporting and promotion. 
As the Hubspot SME this position will focus on increasing the customer lifetime value across the customer base, retain high-value customers and grow the mid and low value customer share. This role is highly analytical involving data analysis, segmentation and building customer journeys with strong technical knowledge, primarily utilising the CRM platform. 
Working closely with the Marketing team this role will ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered to the right customer segments to increase the re-engagement cycle and customer retention rate by delivering relevant content to the Opteon audience. This role requires a test & learn mindset across every campaign. 
About you 
As a CRM Manager you are strong communicator who is experienced in effectively driving change across a diversified team. 
You will have: 
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Product Management, or related fields 
Hubspot Product Owner or technical Experience 
Experience in driving change and implementing initiatives / projects across people, processes, and platforms to deliver solutions 
The ability to analyse data to grasp issues, draw conclusions, understand users' needs and make recommendations 
Knowledge of problem solving and frameworks, project and change management
