Wood Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Officer to join a fast-paced operational environment in Perth.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customers, coordinating bookings, and solving problems quickly in a high-volume phone environment.
We welcome applicants from customer service, call centers, outbound telesales, transport/logistics, dispatch, retail, and hospitality backgrounds.
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
* Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly
* Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates
* Maintaining accurate customer and booking records
* Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
* Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based environments is highly regarded
* Backgrounds in dispatch, bookings, logistics, retail or hospitality are welcome
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A confident and friendly phone manner
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
