Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, and performing various administrative tasks. They will also be required to advise customers on installation details, set up new accounts, process deliveries, and reconcile cylinder contractor daily work.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer calls, correspondence, and inquiries related to account queries, complaints, and orders.
* Advise customers on gas usage, delivery methods, and site compliance requirements.
* Set up new domestic and commercial accounts, and process all deliveries received from drivers.
* Reconcile cylinder contractor daily work, update customer accounts, and manage debtor control for customers.
* Perform stock transfers, inventory stock-takes, coordinate changeovers, and handle related correspondence and account reconciliation.
* Manage administrative functions of agents in the area, including full reconciliation of Fill Only accounts.
* Report opposition activities, market trends, product developments, and price differences to the Customer Service Manager or Account Manager.
