We are growing our team at ASB Law, which currently includes directors Adam Somerville-Brown, Nicola Ashford and James Claringbold, three lawyers, a graduate lawyer, four senior law clerks and legal support.

About the role
This role will see you providing legal assistance to the lawyers in our firm.
The successful candidate will:
 * Identify problems, and quickly solve them.
 * Have strong attention to detail.
 * Be a clear and professional communicator.
 * Engage with our supportive culture.
Key responsibilities :
 * Preparing correspondence and Court documents.
 * Diary management.
 * Communication with clients, via telephone, email and in person.
 * Preparing briefs.
 * Electronic file management.
 * Providing support to reception, answering phones, opening files and taking new client inquiries.
Key selection criteria :
 * 2 + years' experience in family law.
Personal attitude :
 * a. A commonsense problem-solver that demonstrates initiative.
 * b. A positive, professional, and friendly approach.
 * c. Work well with others and engage with our supportive team culture.
Technical skills :
 * a. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
 * b. Proficient in relevant technology (electronic file management, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Legal Practice Management software, bookkeeping/accounting, ECourts Portal).
 * c. Strong organisational and time management skills.
What we offer
Salary of $75,000 to $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Plus, superannuation.
Incentive (bonus) package tied to the team and individual performance.
