About the Role
As a Digital Optimisation Specialist, you'll drive experimentation and performance uplift across the BOQ Group's websites and mobile apps. You'll design, implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests that improve user experience, lift conversion rates and support business growth.
Working within the Digital and Marketing team, you'll collaborate with Product Marketing, UX, Data & Analytics, Product and Technology teams to deliver a structured, insight‑led optimisation program aligned to strategic priorities. You'll take ownership of test setup and execution — from hypothesis creation and segmentation through to configuration, analysis and reporting.
You'll support the Group's analytics capability by maintaining tagging, data tracking and dashboards, ensuring teams have access to accurate, self‑service insights. Your analysis will uncover opportunities to enhance customer journeys, influence digital roadmaps and guide decision‑making across the business.
Beyond experimentation, you'll help manage testing platforms, ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards, and contribute to website uplift projects, content updates and BAU tasks. You'll stay across industry trends and emerging technologies, championing continuous improvement and best‑practice optimisation.
This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative, data‑driven environment and is motivated by improving digital experiences that deliver measurable results
About You
You're a curious, analytical thinker who thrives in digital environments and enjoys uncovering what truly drives user behaviour. You bring hands‑on experience running A/B and multivariate tests across websites or apps, and you're confident designing experiments, interpreting results and turning insights into meaningful improvements. You are proficient in Abode Analytics and Adobe Launch
You have a solid grasp of statistical methods and experiment design, and you're comfortable navigating digital product concepts, UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping. Your technical toolkit includes familiarity with A/B testing platforms, web analytics tools and content management systems, and you're quick to learn new technologies when needed.
Data is central to how you work. You know how to translate complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision‑making and support business outcomes. You communicate insights with clarity, adapting your message for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Collaboration comes naturally to you. You enjoy working alongside product, UX, analytics and engineering teams to solve problems, prioritise opportunities and deliver high‑quality digital experiences. You're detail‑oriented, committed to accuracy, and ensure all work meets regulatory, privacy and technical standards.
Above all, you're someone who stays curious — continuously learning, exploring new optimisation techniques and keeping pace with industry trends to elevate experimentation across digital channels.
