Job Description
Step into a leadership role where strategy, service and precision shape exceptional guest journeys. As a senior member of our Reservations team, you will lead Reservations Sales Agents, optimizing performance, ensuring accurate reservation processing from enquiry to arrival, and driving revenue integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Guiding, training and inspiring a high‐performing reservations team.
* Managing reservations for VIP, executive and day‐to‐day bookings, ensuring flawless execution.
* Collaborating with Reservations and Revenue teams to drive performance, contribute to reporting, training and development initiatives, and strengthen commercial outcomes.
* Monitoring forwards, booking patterns and arrival readiness, supporting inventory planning across all distribution channels.
* Reporting to the Reservations Manager and, when necessary, leading the department in their absence.
* Maintaining data accuracy, profile management, account control and governance across the department.
* Championing upselling opportunities and enhancing guest experience.
In this role you will uphold brand standards, balance leadership with operational excellence, and collaborate across departments to support the broader hotel team.
Qualifications
Experience within hotel reservations or a revenue‐focused hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of distribution systems, reporting and booking behaviours. Commercially minded, comfortable working closely with Reservations and Revenue leadership to support pricing, availability and inventory strategies.
Leadership experience guiding, coaching or supporting teams in a fast‐paced operational setting, fostering a positive, accountable culture.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across reservations, profiles, reporting and account management.
Highly organised, adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a 24/7 environment, with polished professional communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, solutions‐focused, ready to step into leadership responsibilities when required, with a genuine commitment to brand standards, service excellence and continuous improvement.
