Working with clients in sectors as diverse as agriculture, energy, higher education, local government, manufacturing and not-for-profit.
You will work and collaborate with Partner Lisa Jarrett and a national team, and have exposure to a wide variety of challenging and stimulating work including: Complex procurement, distribution and technology contracts; Data security and privacy issues including policies and data breach management; Competition and consumer law advice; Intellectual property advice and contracts including an international trademark portfolio; and Major infrastructure and outsourcing projects.
More about you We welcome applications from lawyers with: At least 3 years of technical skill in commercial law, ideally with intellectual property, technology and privacy experience; The ability to deliver clear, quality, commercial and pragmatic advice; A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts; Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment; and An interest in and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives including presentations, client training and publications.
