We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in a key support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing accurate financial reports, and providing executive and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Xero accounts including processing invoices, credits, and payments.
* Prepare and submit weekly financial reports ensuring timely delivery.
* Provide comprehensive support to the General Manager and other team members.
* Coordinate recruitment activities including contract management and inductions.
* Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documents.
* Oversee insurances, claims, and contractor agreements.
Your Skills
* Proven experience in finance, administration, and HR support.
* Skilled in Xero and Microsoft Office applications.
* Organized, accurate, and discreet with excellent communication skills.
