We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our commercial fencing sales function.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and mentor a team of Estimators / Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets
* Analyze sales performance metrics and optimize strategies to enhance conversion rates and sales volumes
* Create and refine efficient quoting processes to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and margin improvement
* Foster strong partnerships with key clients, builders, and developers to expand market share
* Pursue new business opportunities in line with company capabilities and strategic objectives
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, estimating, or account management roles (preferably in commercial fencing construction, civil, or trades)
* Proven team leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
* Effective communication and negotiation skills with commercial acumen
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume quoting pipelines and secure sales wins
