Your Key Responsibilities:

* Prospecting and buyer call backs to drive business growth and increase sales.
* Marketing and advertising property for sale and auction to attract potential buyers.
* Liaising with vendors and buyers to ensure smooth transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Conducting open for inspections to showcase properties and facilitate sales.
Requirements:
A current Certificate of Registration is a must-have qualification for this role.
You will need your own car and drivers license to effectively carry out your duties.
At least 6-12 months experience in real estate is essential to succeed in this position.
Immaculate presentation is also a key requirement, as you will be representing the agency at all times.
An enthusiastic attitude, energy, hard work, and a hunger for success are essential qualities for this role.
