Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers.Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.About YouMinimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives.If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
