About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Provide high-level administrative and governance support to the executive team, including diary management, email administration, and travel coordination.
* Prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing papers for executive and governance meetings.
* Draft communications and correspondence on behalf of executives.
* Support the coordination of projects, strategic reporting, and internal initiatives.
* Manage document control systems and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Assist with executive-related HR processes, including KPI tracking and performance review coordination.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator supporting executives or directors.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* The ability to build strong professional relationships and work with discretion.
