About this role
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Assisting with stock control, communication with staff, contractors and customers regarding general operational requirements
* Basic maintenance of plant and equipment
* Complying with daily/weekly/monthly safety and maintenance checklists
You will bring
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
* A passion for agriculture and rural merchandise
* A passion for customer service and a positive approach
* Strong awareness of safety
* A current drivers' licence, MR licence and ideally a HR licence or willingness to obtain one
* The ability to lift and move up to 25kgs
* The ability to work unsupervised and independently
