What You'll Be Doing
* Creating warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environments where children feel confident to explore and grow.
* Supporting and guiding children's learning through play-based, meaningful experiences.
* Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators.
* Bringing the EYLF and NQF to life in thoughtful, child-centred ways.
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team that values kindness, fun, and shared learning.
* Growing your career through ongoing professional development, mentoring, and team connection.
What We're Looking For
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* A caring, reliable, and team-focused educator with a genuine passion for early learning.
* A current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, and required training including Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.
* A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF, or a willingness to continue learning and growing.
* Availability Monday to Friday between 6:30am - 6:30pm.
