Job Description
Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including reconciliations.
Collaborate with various departments to manage financial data effectively.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
Assist in the preparation of audit materials and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Experience in the not-for-profit industry is highly regarded.
