Customer Advisor – 12-Month Contract
Scone Branch | Part-Time
Looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
Join our friendly team in Scone as a Customer Advisor on a 12-month contract
Location: Scone, NSW
Hours:
Monday–Thursday 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Friday 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Pay: $30 per hour + superannuation + leave loading
Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Australia
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the friendly face our customers trust. You'll:
* Help customers choose the right banking products and services
* Assist with opening accounts and everyday transactions
* Show customers how easy and safe digital banking can be
* Keep customer details accurate and up to date
* Learn the basics of banking while building strong relationships
* Take part in training and development to grow your skills and career
About You
You don't need banking experience – just a genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn
We're looking for someone who:
* Has great attention to detail
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Enjoys working as part of a team
* Has solid numeracy and literacy skills
* Wants to make a positive impact in their community
