Your new job
Provide frontline IT support across Council (BAU Operations alongside the Service Desk Officers), ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, telecommunications, and applications. You'll manage helpdesk requests, assist with hardware and software deployment, support remote access, and contribute to IT infrastructure maintenance and disaster recovery planning.

You
* Certificate III in Information Technology.
* Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar technical role.
* C Class Drivers Licence.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Solid written and oral communication skills, including the ability to impart technical information to non-technical staff.
* Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety responsibilities and a commitment to attending relevant WHS training.
* The ability to obtain a National Police Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
The salary range being offered for this full-time position is $2,712-$3,052 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to an annual salary of $70,517-$79,375 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience).
