The role
As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our customers during the seasonal Christmas period. Your duties include ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge, customer service, and offering solutions. You will help create a shoppable environment by keeping the shopfloor neat, tidy, and stocked with the latest products, and by setting up for promotions and sales.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
* Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped.
* Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, filing, tidying the shopfloor, and setting up for promotions and sales.
* Maintaining high standards of store presentation in collaboration with the store team.
* Demonstrating strong product knowledge, researching, and describing product features and benefits.
* Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs.
* Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
* Reporting safety hazards or concerns immediately to management to ensure a safe environment.

* Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task for multiple customers.
