What's the role?
As an allied health professional and Mental Health Clinician, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals accessing the Centre. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues, clinical staff and Peer workers to provide a range of supports, including clinical care, social and emotional wellbeing and psychosocial assistance. Your work will focus on individuals experiencing mental health crises and/or emotional distress, ensuring care is tailored to their unique needs. Service delivery will be guided by the principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Recovery. This position requires participation in a rotating roster, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Is the role right for you?
* Formal tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy or related
* Current full registration as a Psychologist or Occupational Therapist with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential, OR
* Current full registration as a Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or be eligible to hold membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literacy and written communication skills
* National Criminal History Check (police check) – disclosable outcomes considered
* Current Working with Children Check – required before commencement of work
* Australian working rights
* A valid driver's licence
