Position Purpose As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across technical roles. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to attract, engage, and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Details 12-month fixed-term contract Salary: $120K–$130K 14% super 6 weeks’ annual leave (incl. additional leave benefit) Free onsite parking No security clearance required On-site, stakeholder-facing role The Opportunity This is a dynamic, hands-on recruitment role within a collaborative People & Culture team. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end recruitment delivery Recruiting technical roles across the business Headhunting via SEEK, LinkedIn and networks Partnering with hiring managers Managing candidate pipelines Coordinating interviews and offers Maintaining accurate reporting and recruitment administration Building strong internal stakeholder relationships About You – What You’ll Bring You are a proactive and confident recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. You will bring: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Agency or in-house background Strong stakeholder engagement skills Experience recruiting technical roles Strong headhunting capability Excellent administration and reporting skills Experience with HR systems Australian Citizenship (essential) Highly regarded: Defence recruitment experience Exposure to engineering or project-based environments Potential for Growth This role offers exposure to complex and technical recruitment within a large, collaborative People & Culture team.
