Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general repairs across the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment fixes.
* Complete room and property inspections and action maintenance issues quickly.
* Respond to urgent callouts and resolve problems such as leaks, electrical faults, and HVAC issues.
* Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and support routine safety checks.
* Keep tools and supplies organised and ensure stock is replenished.
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and well presented property for guests and staff
What You'll Bring
* Solid experience in general maintenance or trade work, ideally in hospitality.
* Practical skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
* Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
* A reliable, hands on approach with good communication and teamwork.
