Job Description
* Provide hands‑on support for network systems and infrastructure.
* Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
* Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network security measures.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise system performance.
* Document processes, procedures, and network configurations.
* Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Network Support Specialist Should Have
* 3 years' experience in a NOC or network support role, ideally within telecommunications.
* Permanenet Australian Work Rights – No restrictions (due to sensitive information).
* Experience with network monitoring and ticketing systems.
* CCNA or JNCIA or equivalent networking experience.
* ITIL certified or familiarity with ITIL framework and Incident and Change Management processes.
* Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, particularly during major incidents.
* Strong team orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
