Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Victoria.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile master planned community projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
* Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
Requirements:
* Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
* Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
* High level industry awareness and engagement
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
