About the OPPORTUNITY:
We2re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capability Analyst (Senior Java Developer) to join our growing technology team. In this role, you2ll be instrumental in building and enhancing robust, scalable software solutions that support key business operations and deliver exceptional user experiences. You2ll work on a variety of projects that directly impact our customers, partners, and internal teams—bringing innovation, reliability, and performance to every line of code.
Key responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of Java-based applications, from design through deployment
Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and modern frameworks
Collaborate with various teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality features
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices across the team
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
Continuously improve application performance, security, and maintainability
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap
About You
Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or relevant industry experience
Strong proficiency in Java development and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestration
Familiarity with automation platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
