Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
: Utilize technical expertise to support growth through established networks.
Technical Supervision and Project Management
: Oversee geotechnical studies incorporating digital tools and provide expertise to senior engineers and project engineers.
Customer Relations
: Interact with project owners, design offices, project management companies, and construction firms from proposal phase to project closure.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
: Stay informed about normative and technical developments in geotechnics and contribute to improving our product and service offering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Master's degree or higher in the geotechnical field is required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in geotechnics, preferably as a project manager or in construction.
Knowledge of digital simulation tools in geomechanics (ITASCA or third-party software) is essential.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team with various stakeholders are necessary.
Fluency in French and English is required.
