About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner Candidate to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner Candidate, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, education, and consultancy to patients within medical oncology under mentorship and within your scope of practice.
This role will involve utilizing researched-based practice to provide contemporary healthcare models in the care of medical oncology patients to improve patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with your clinical mentor and senior medical staff for patient treatment and practice.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practicing certificate.
In addition, the candidate must be enrolled in a recognized university program to undertake study at a Master's level with the purpose of gaining Nurse Practitioner licensing through AHPRA within two years.
