Alya is seeking a mature and reliable Disability Support Worker to support our participants based on the Sunshine Coast.
The role focuses on community access and supporting the participant to become more engaged in everyday activities outside the home.
We are looking for someone who is encouraging, patient and able to motivate the participant to explore community activities and build confidence.
Key requirements
* Mature and reliable personality
* Ability to build rapport and encourage community participation
* Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Availability for flexible and regular weekly shifts
This role would suit a worker who enjoys helping people reconnect with their community and develop confidence in everyday life.

Pay: $39.70 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 38 per week
