Job Title: Advisor Hr
The role provides strategic direction in the identification and setting of HR policy, advises executive management, and assists in managing the development and implementation of Queensland Health HR policies and Employment Directives.
* Develop and implement human resource strategies to realise the potential of staff.
* Provide advice and recommendations to executive management on HR-related matters.
* Assist in managing the development and implementation of HR policies and Employment Directives.
* Provide associated advice to policy/employment directive developers, HR practitioners, managers, and employees across Queensland Health.

Requirements:

* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant public sector legislation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting the development of solutions to complex industrial relations policy.
