Key Leader Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, providing support to educators, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

* Develop and implement strategies to support ongoing learning and development of team members through direct feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
* Assess and develop recognition programs to support career growth.
* Create and disseminate product knowledge through various communication channels.
Guest Experience:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing guest needs, providing technical product education, and supporting in-store transactions.
* Built relationships with guests to provide customized solutions and support.
* Resolve guest feedback and address concerns or escalations.

* Establish supportive relationships with team members.
* Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations:
* Lead salesfloor coverage and make decisions to maintain efficiency.
* Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress and adjust accordingly.
* Manage product presentation tasks and ensure a luxury environment.
