About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, ensuring reporting accuracy, and delivering commercial insights that shape strategic decisions.

What You'll Do
Deliver accurate end-of-month reporting and financial statements.
Prepare and deliver management reports, including detailed variance analysis, to provide insights that support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and liaise with external auditors to support audit processes and maintain robust financial governance.
Manage revenue recognition processes and project accounting, including forecasting.
Provide budgeting, pricing analysis, and financial support to business units.
Analyse data to inform operational and strategic decisions.
Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to drive financial understanding and accountability.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and implement best practices that drive efficiency across the finance function.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
Approximately 5+ years' experience in accounting roles.
