Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading a retail store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a fast-paced environment and driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Performance: Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets by motivating the team and effectively managing stock levels and visual merchandising.
* Team Leadership: Coach and mentor the team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession planning.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operation of the store by closely monitoring sales and identifying areas of improvement.
* Roster Management: Effectively manage the roster to adhere to company standards and optimize wage costs.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a retail store manager in a fast-paced environment.
* A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team.
* The ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities to drive sales and KPIs.
* Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
